EXHIBITION SETUP - March 3rd, Friday, any time between 3:00pm - 9:00pm

EVENT START DATE - March 4th, Saturday - Registration starts 7:30am; Workshop and expo room starts 8:00am

EVENT END & TEAR DOWN - March 4th, Saturday, 6:30pm (a 1-day show)

WHAT IS PROVIDED - 10 feet by 10 feet booth. The area is carpeted and your booth will have a 6ft grey clothed table and 2 chairs. There is no pipe & drape nor shell scheme at this event. If you have a banner to attach, you will have to provide your own stands.





✓ COMPANY PROFILE & LOGO – due upon signing

Kindly provide your logo in EPS format & 200-word profile. Please check HERE that we have your correct profile & logo. 


✓ EVENT ADVERT - due Feb 9th, 2017

Gold & Silver partners are entitled to one full-page advert in the event guide to be distributed to all delegates at the venue. Please note items received beyond this date will not be included.

Advert specifications: 8.5" wide by 11" tall - Must have 0.25” bleed on all sides - CMYK, High Resolution PDF preferred


✓ REPRESENTATIVES' NAMES  - due Feb 16th, 2017

We will provide badges and food at the event.


✓ GIVEAWAY OPPORTUNITY - if giving away/raffling items, due Feb 16th 2017

We will highlight your booth on the floor plan to let delegates know you are giving away items!

From our previous events, we have seen great success and higher return for exhibitors that provide giveaways. Giveaways are a great opportunity to attract more delegates to attend your booth, as well as increase the value of your sponsorship. Examples of giveaways are paid vacation trips, gadgets, or free services from your company.


 ✓ DELEGATE BAG INSERT - due Feb 28th 2017

Gold & Silver partners are entitled to one item insert in each of the 600 Delegate Bags. 

You can deliver them to our Toronto office a week before the show then your sales representative will bring them to the venue for you.

Or you can have them delivered to the International Centre by a courier. If sending to the venue, they have to arrive on March 3rd (the venue will only accept them on this date and not earlier). Kindly find shipping label HERE.
